It's OK fast food Thai in the food court at Crossroads Mall. The price is ok too but could be better. I ordered the Thai Spicy Salad with shrimp and asked for #4 Spice Level, it hardly had any spice and salad was mostly dry. They don't have the regular chili sauce you get in most Thai restaurants (on the table) so I had to make due with sriracha sauce packs. Salad was fresh and shrimp decent sized. $11 and 6 shrimp. I'd rather go to a Thai restaurant where you get more fur the $$.

O’Char is a deceptively delicious Thai restaurant in the Crossroads Mall food court. I say deceptively delicious because while their food looks simple and without garnish, it is some of the most tasty Thai food you can find in the Bellevue area. My wife and I highly recommend the pad ki mao, pad Thai, and their mango sticky rice dessert 👍.

I always order fried rice, and it's always delicious! It has a smoky flavor most other places don't have, and lots of veggies. I love the peanut sauce they have at this location as well. I often get a cup just to take home.

I always go for basil fried rice at this place. It has a perfect taste that and would always order the same. The place is inside a mall's cafeteria and seating is sharing for all the other restaurants too. You can see them cooking.
